The honor of graduation with distinction is awarded if in addition to fulfilling all of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Medicine, students complete a research or other rigorous and innovative project and a written product approved by the governing committees of the M.D. with Distinction programs within a Pathway to Discovery.
