The Information Services Unit (ISU) delivers services and solutions with a genuine commitment to well-coordinated efforts, collaborative priority setting, and cost-effective implementations that meet the needs of our customers. Our energies are directed toward customer satisfaction, integrity and security of systems, and the interoperability of technologies. Many services are offered at cost through a recharge mechanism.

The Information Services Unit delivers its services through three major service divisions:

		Operations provides comprehensive desktop support for PC and Mac workstations and laptops; Exchange e-mail, and Website, applications, and database hosting; stable and secure enterprise-wide services for shared network files and printing; Exchange e-mail and calendar synchronization services for the Blackberry PDA; security consulting; and limited server hosting in a state of the art data center.
		Software Applications provides top-quality systems architecture, project management, programming, and database services to design, develop, and deploy scaleable and integrated solutions that take advantage of the latest Web and desktop software development methodologies and tools.
		Web Services offers a high level of expertise in providing services for website design, development, and hosting. Web Services offers design templates and a variety of other tools and services to quickly establish and maintain a department's Internet presence.
