The calendar is at the heart of Ilios functionality. All curriculum content that is created is used to construct a calendar giving an overview of all courses and sessions for an academic year.

The calendars are presented in a day/week/month* view and educational methods are color coded to present a visual representation of the learning environment. For example lecture time is coded as green, small group learning as red, etc.
