Resident & Fellow Affairs Committee
The Committee’s charge is to provide support and resources for the professional and personal development of the residents and clinical fellows at UCSF, including: initiatives that support the ACGME core competencies; strategies for addressing the psychological and physical well-being of residents and clinical fellows; programming for advancing professional development and career counseling; development of mentor and colleague relationships; and targeting and resolving housestaff employment issues at UCSF.
